1. Go to https://support.fortinet.com/ and login with your account. Fortinet has implemented the 2-factor authentication and please use the code to login.
2. Register the firewall using the Serial Number and FortiCloud Key. Please use "Twelve Times AU Pty Ltd" for the Fortinet Partner. Click Next.
3. Accept the T&C and click Next.
4. Tick the box and click Confirm.
5. The registration will be completed and click Done.
