-After connecting the Starlink ethernet adapter to the router, users can't connect to the internet. This normally happens when users haven't made configuration changes on the Starlink for awhile. A solution for this is to install the Starlink app or make changes in the Custom DNS settings and add 8.8.8.8 for the IP address and save the settings.
-There could be missing updates if there was no changes for awhile and adding a new device like the ethernet adapter is not yet recognized until the Starlink "refresh" by updating the settings.
